Youthful and ambitious, Mr. Mahir had the aspiration to become an entrepreneur.
"During college, I started thinking about starting my own business. I analyzed the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially in Sarajevo, and concluded that demand for this type of business exists," he recalls.
Without any experience in the laundry business, he decided to venture out and turn his idea into reality. The first step on this path was to seek the support of an expert team. It has proven to be crucial in achieving long-term success for him.
"The journey from the initial idea to the opening of the laundry took about two years. Every start brings with it certain challenges, from the very collection of certain documents needed to start a business to the search for space. I regularly followed the public tenders of the municipality, which has its own business premises available for lease, and in the end, everything fell into place", Mr. Mahir says.

When asked what clients come with most often, he reveals: "That would be shirts and larger items, like blankets, duvets, and pillows, which don't fit in the drum of their household washers and dryers."
